From the fact that I find hard to sleep on the north coast of Cornwall, I expected to find a rather exaggerated and traffic was not so. Being already late afternoon and since we already a bit tired, we decide to skip a visit to Glastonbury Tor we admire only lontano.Ci then we march towards the next town where we will sleep well: Shaftesbury! The most famous city is the Gold Hill as well as a cobbled narrow street lined with beautiful cottages. The view from up there is magnificent.

Our day begins with a stop in Torquay, birthplace of Agatha Chrstie. After lunch we proceed to Dartmouth and just a couple of km to go .. In late morning we reach the nearby Marazion. breakfast spend time talking with the owners of the b & b with a family of Bristol made by his wife, child and husband of 11 years & b guests b. It was raining outside so we did not hurry to get in gear! Since yesterday, we were obliged to visit St Ives now more calmly. Today is our last day in the south-west LDopo a delicious breakfast, we are approaching our second last destination before flying inside Newquay - London! The first destination is the lovely Port Isaac: world-famous fishing village. Very nice also the walkway from the parking lot to the country.
last leg of our tour was "Lanhydrock country house and estate" located near Bodmin. Very beautiful is the house that giardini.Pare that here was the film "Gosford Park" nominated for seven Academy Awards in 2002.Dopo visit to this residence, we approach (sad) at the tiny airport to Newquay where we leave the our car in the parking lot of the rental offices. We were the only Italian in the entire airport. A unique experience!
